135now supports international shipping to most countries and regions across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and other major markets. Some restricted destinations are not available due to local customs regulation and logistics limitation.
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for warehouse picking, packing and quality check before shipment. Orders placed during weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Actual delivery time varies based on the shipping capability available for the product and the recipient's delivery address. Standard international shipping usually takes 7–25 working days. Expedited shipping options are available for selected regions with shorter transit time and higher freight cost. Unexpected delay may be caused by customs inspection, bad weather or logistics carrier events out of our control.
Shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout page based on the shipping capability available for the product and the recipient's delivery address. We occasionally launch free shipping promotion under specific conditions.
Buyers are responsible for local import duties, VAT or customs clearance fees charged by destination country. Please check your local import rules before placing orders. We will declare goods according to international shipping requirements.
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send tracking number to your registered email. You can track shipment status via our tracking page or the official website of corresponding logistics provider.
For parcel lost or heavily damaged during transit, you can contact our customer support to start claim process with cargo insurance. Each claim case will be reviewed according to logistics proof and insurance rules.
Export declaration and import customs clearance responsibilities are allocated between buyer and seller according to the order agreement. In the absence of agreement, the seller undertakes export customs declaration and the buyer undertakes destination-country import customs clearance.
Tariffs, fines, cargo detention and destruction arising from declaration errors, commodity classification errors or under-declaration of value shall be borne by the responsible party. Neither party may request the platform to assist with false customs declaration, under-declaration or split valuation.
Risk transfer of goods is governed by the order agreement. In the absence of agreement, risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the first carrier and completion of export customs declaration. Damage or loss during transit shall be claimed against the responsible party under logistics terms, and the platform shall not bear goods losses.
